Q:
When
I
try
to
get
online
an
error
message
appears
"bad
user
name
and/or
password?
A:
Double
check
your
user
name
and
password,
make
sure
the
cap
locks
on
the
keyboard
are
not
on.
If
you
set
up
the
dialer
with
our
software,
the
user
name
would
be
as
follows:
username
However
if
you
set
up
the
dialer
manually,
the
user
name
would
be
as
follows:
username@internetmyway.com
Also
try
retyping
your
password,
as
we
have
seen
windows
saved
passwords
become
corrupted.

Q:
Why
can't
I
send
email?
A:
First,
if
you
need
to
send
email
immediately
click
here
internetmyway.com,
login
with
entire
email
address
for
user
name
and
enter
the
password
you
provided
us.
This
is
web
based
email,
from
this
program
you
can
send
and
receive
mail.
If
you
are
using
Outlook
Express
check
the
following
settings.
Open
Outlook
Express,
click
Tools
on
the
top,
scroll
down,
click
accounts,
a
new
window
opens.
Click
the
Mail
tab
on
top,
if
more
than
1
account
is
listed
insure
that
the
main
mail
account
is
default,
if
not
highlight
account
and
click
set
as
default
on
right.
To
check
the
settings
on
this
account,
click
to
highlight
then
click
properties
on
right.
Another
window
will
open,
click
server
tab
on
top.
Incoming
and
Outgoing
mail
server
should
be:
mail.internetmyway.com
Account
name
should
be
entire
email
address,
for
example:
uername@internetmyway.com
Password
should
be
the
password
you
gave
us.
The
bottom
2
boxes
should
not
be
checked.
If
either
box
has
a
check
mark
then
uncheck
the
box,
click
apply,
then
click
OK,
on
the
bottom
right.
Click
close
on
bottom
right
corner
of
the
remaining
box.
Close
Outlook
Express
for
these
changes
to
take
place.
PLEASE
NOTE:
To
combat
spam,
our
mail
server
requires
you
to
check
for
email
before
you
can
send
out
email
(this
verifies
that
you
have
a
valid
email
account
on
our
server).
When
you
open
Outlook
Express
it
automatically
checks
for
email
(which
verifies
your
account).
If
more
than
10
minutes
goes
by
between
opening
the
email
program
and
sending
an
email
you
may
get
an
error
message.
Simply
click
Send
&
Receive
on
the
top
bar
(which
you
may
have
to
do
more
than
once)
your
email
should
then
send
without
any
problems.
